Materials needed for class: Notebook or binder for notes, writing utensil, textbook.

Rules are posted in the classroom and in the student handbook .

This class is a survey of American History, post Reconstruction until present day. We will explore this more recent history using internet research, listening to period music, and studying period art. Your final grade will be determined by chapter tests, quizes, notebook checks, classwork grades, and the final exam. I am looking forward to spending this semester with all of  you.
